Michael R. Emory:
Michael is our President and CEO, as well as a trustee of the REIT. He is also President and CEO and a director of Allied Canadian Development Corporation, positions he has held since 1988.
Prior to founding Allied Canadian Development in 1988, Michael was a partner at the law firm of Aird & Berlis LLP, specializing in corporate and real estate finance.
Wayne L. Jacobs:
Wayne is our Executive VP. He is also Executive VP and a director of Allied Canadian Development, positions he has held since 1995. Prior to joining Allied Canadian Development in 1993, Wayne
was employed by CB Richard Ellis, a leading national real estate brokerage firm. Prior to that, Wayne worked for both Oppenheimer and Lehman Brothers in New York City.
Marianne O'Leary:
Marianne is our Senior VP, Real Estate Operations. She was Senior VP, Real Estate Operations of Allied Canadian Development, a position she held since 1995. Prior to joining Allied Canadian
in 1988, Marianne was employed by Roycom Securities Inc., where she assisted in the formation of Roycom's Pagebrook Real Estate Mutual Fund, an early real estate based mutual fund. Marianne
is a Real Estate Institute of Canada Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Manager of Condominiums (CMOC). She is also a licensed real estate agent.
Tom Wenner:
Tom is our VP and CFO. He was VP, Finance, of Allied Canadian Development, a position he held since 1999. Tom was previously employed by The Bank of Nova Scotia, Corporate Banking. Prior
to that, he was employed by Deloitte & Touche. Tom is a Chartered Accountant.
Mike Allen:
Mike is our Director of Management Information Services. He was VP, Accounting & Technology, of Allied Canadian Development, a position he held since 1996 Mike was previously employed by
Wittington Properties, First Professional Management and BCE Development. Mike is a Certified General Accountant.
